  • Subscribe to a newsletter or other optional marketing emails

  • Choose to provide certain information through an assessment or survey

  • Agree to a specific optional use of your information

  • Manage your registration

  • Send confirmation and access information

A session will not be recorded for wider use without appropriate notice. If an event is recorded, attendees will be informed in advance or at the beginning of the event. Assessment responses are used to provide the assessment, calculate or communicate results, improve the assessment and suggest relevant resources or services.

Assessment results are intended for personal reflection and coaching purposes. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or employment assessments and should not be treated as professional diagnoses.

Please do not include health information or other highly sensitive personal information in free-text responses unless it is necessary and you are comfortable providing it.

Assessments and other forms may be delivered through Tally. Tally may process submitted information on behalf of Permission Granted Studio and in accordance with its own contractual and privacy obligations.

7. Coaching enquiries and services

When you enquire about or receive coaching, additional information may be processed to understand your request, provide the service and maintain appropriate records.

Information shared during coaching is treated as confidential, subject to the coaching agreement and limited exceptions. Information may be disclosed where:

  • You have authorised the disclosure

  • Disclosure is required by law

  • There is a serious and imminent risk of harm

  • It is necessary to establish or defend legal rights

  • Another exception is set out in the applicable coaching agreement or professional ethical standards

MailerLite is used to manage registrations, subscriber groups, automated messages, newsletters and related email communications.

You may receive:

  • Emails necessary to deliver a webinar, resource, assessment or service you requested

  • Marketing emails where you have consented or where another lawful basis permits them

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email or by contacting yulia@permissiongrantedstudio.com.

Unsubscribing from general marketing will not necessarily prevent essential messages relating to an event, appointment or service you have requested.

Limited information may be retained on a suppression list after you unsubscribe to ensure that your preference continues to be respected.

9. Scheduling and video calls

Calendly may be used to arrange calls and appointments. Information submitted through Calendly may include your name, email address, time zone, appointment selection and answers to booking questions.

Zoom may be used for webinars, workshops, discovery calls and coaching sessions. Zoom may process participation and technical information necessary to provide the call.

If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, an appropriate cookie notice or consent mechanism will be added.

14. How long information is retained

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet legal, accounting or operational requirements.

As a general guide:

  • Newsletter information: until you unsubscribe or the mailing list is discontinued, with limited suppression information retained where necessary

  • Webinar and event registrations: normally for up to 12 months after the event, unless you separately subscribe to ongoing communications or a longer period is reasonably required

  • Assessment responses: normally for up to 24 months after submission, unless deleted earlier or retained in anonymised form

  • General enquiries and booking information: normally for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction

  • Client and transaction records: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the period required for legal, tax, accounting, contractual or dispute-resolution purposes

  • Technical and security information: for as long as reasonably required for security, troubleshooting and system administration

Information may be deleted sooner where it is no longer needed. It may be retained longer where required by law, necessary to resolve a dispute or required to protect legal rights.

Anonymised information that can no longer identify an individual may be retained for research, evaluation and service improvement.

To make a request, email yulia@permissiongrantedstudio.com. Reasonable steps may be taken to verify your identity before completing a request.

You also have the right to complain to the data protection regulator responsible for your location or the processing concerned. If you are in the United Kingdom, this may be the Information Commissioner’s Office. If you are in the European Economic Area, you may contact the relevant supervisory authority in your country.

17. Automated decisions

Permission Granted Studio does not currently use personal information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Assessment scoring may be automated to generate a profile or suggested result. These results are intended for reflection and do not determine access to employment, credit, insurance, healthcare or other significant opportunities.

18. Children’s privacy

The website, coaching services, assessments and events are intended for adults and are not directed at children.
